- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales quota
- Self-driven, ability to manage and grow assigned territory
- Metrics driven and able to sustain a high level of activity
- 2+ years of inside sales experience
- Proven track record of achieving sales objectives
- An Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience
